FLYX CLOUD does not perform automated decision-making on your data. 

1.2 Data Processing as a Processor 

When FLYX CLOUD processes personal data on behalf of its customers, we act as a Processor under GDPR, meaning our customers determine the purpose and means of processing. 

Loyalty Program Management 

When end-users register for a loyalty program: 

  • Collected Data (Mandatory):  
  • Login via Facebook, Google, or Apple: Token, First Name, Last Name, Public Profile 
  • Manual Login: First Name, Last Name, Email Address 
  • For All Methods: Password, User Preferences (Opt-ins), IP Address, Device Type 
  • Optional Data (Advanced Profile): Postal Code, Date of Birth, Home Delivery Address (as determined by the customer) 
  • Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract, Legitimate Interest (IP for security reasons) 
  • Retention Period: Duration of the contract or as per customer-specified retention period 

Ordering Process 

  • Collected Data: Ordered Goods, Store Location, Payment Method 
  • Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract 
  • Retention Period: As determined by the customer 

Home Delivery Processing 

  • Collected Data: Delivery Address, Delivery Instructions, Phone Number (if consent is given for phone cache memory storage) 
  • Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract 
  • Retention Period: As determined by the customer
